I fly a Trex550 and I know just how hard this is. I wish they would show his Transmitter just so people could see the Insanity his fingers are going through. Not to mention the amount of focus needed to retain the position if that Hell at ALL times. Unbelievable!!!!!!!! This guy and Alan Are the BEST!

I just came across this video (this is not my hobby) and was amazed at the skill this man has , these very precise yet very erratic looking maneuvers like the death throes of a giant Dragon Fly, perfectly executed, a true master of RC Helicopter flight
Daz Z what sim do they use for that? Honestly haven’t even found a good quadcopter sim that I’ve liked all that well (really though, it’s just getting used to acro mode for a few days and your good). I want to get a small heli that’s indoor size for 3D, then a bigger one about a third or half this size (I don’t think I’ll be getting near a goblin, aka a flying lawn mower of decapitation). I might get one close to this size someday if I see a good deal on a used nitro. I think next expensive project will be improving my teams stealth jet, just got some epoxy for the carbon fiber yesterday, then I just gotta practice with an edf and then load it with a $2k jet and hope it doesn’t end up like plane 1 (someone plugged the receiver battery in backwards, JST plug ins are kinda stupid... that jet engine looked like a pancake after the 200 mph crash!) I’ll obviously be doing the EDF on a cheap foamie test plane where I can take a hot glue-gun with me and get a good day of practice. Well see how many practice planes I’ll need, I’m hoping just a few, but even a dozen is fine if I’m having fun! Any good indoor heli suggestion is welcome, cost isn’t a huge deal, and I can repair carbon fiber easily or reverse engineer and 3d print modification or replacement parts. But I didn’t see any that looked great for small indoor flying, my inside area is an RV, so it’s not massive (great for speeding around with tiny whoops though).
@@jakegarrett8109 you would have to ask them that question I've seen pro pilots say they use to sim to practice extreme 3d,I used to like flying quads and helis some years ago had a blade 130x,350qx but now it's a pain to fly anywhere now because of tough regulations we have now in the United Kingdom

I have been an RC Pilot for 34 years now. Back when you had to buy tx & rx crystals for your gold Futaba radio. One mistake back then meant months or even years of hard work down the drain. This day i still fly planes and even drones and quads. Theres a great video called "NURK by Yo2B production" this guy flys his quad like its an art. Real beauty behind top notch flying. All i see with helis is someone trying to go fast as possible with unnatural moves. I have had many many helos in my times but never used them as a fly swatter. I just dont see the art here or any type of controlled flying. Sure i can fly like this. But why?
Sure you can fly a heli like this? Then please do it, for the sake of keeping us impressed and happy. The skill of keeping orientation, absolute precise stick control and fast reactions. That's impressive. And flying 34 years doesn't mean anything unless you pushed to the limit for 34 years like this guy did.
