I had a 94 2wd w/5 speed and I could give college kids fits in their little BMW's stoplight to stoplight. I've owned 4, totaled one and it saved my life, they are built very strong and the 4.0 6 cylinder is a beast.

@@ProjectDanH it’s a minor but important detail to look out for.
Or replacing/adding the pilot bearing if your Jeep is a manual and going the other way. Throw out bearing is also a good replacement if your in there and it’s a manual.

Hello Dan great series. Have a question on a ZJ 1995 Grand Cherokee. My Digital Heater/AC control blows cold air BUT if I move the temp dial just 1 degree it blows hot air for days. So if set to 55 degrees and move to 56 or set to 70 and move to 71 air blows heat instantly for days. I don't touch the 55 (blowing heat) then in a few days it blows 55 again. AC will blow 55 as long as I do not touch the temp dial. If I adjust the Temp just 1 degree boom HOT air and wont go back to 55, 60, 71 or whatever for days. Have you any solution or things to check?

Hey, Thanks for watching!!! So sorry about the accident. Depending on the severity of the damage and If it still runs and drives you could start to accumulate the obvious parts first. If you can pull your own new parts yourself you can learn how to do the job yourself. When you have the parts and some confidence dig in!

14:39 Hello Dan, and thanks for the screenshot. My Haynes workshop manual doesn’t do the electrical sensor.😢. Finally finishing swapping a rebuild 4.0l I in my Xj classic sport , purchased from USA engines in the Netherlands. Completely cleaned and spray painted al the parts that came of the old engine which had been leaking oil al 😢around for about six years😩. Sandblasted the exhaust headers and spray painted those with heat resistant paint. Today I am cleaning the engine compartment. So hoping to get it running by the and of the week. Keep up the good work and Greetings from the Netherlands.
