    I love the idea of "If any thought steals my inner peace, don't follow it". Inner peace is highly important to me so that makes sense to my OCD addled brain. Thank you :)

    So, by "don't follow it" I'm guessing you're saying essentially to ignore it. To ignore it I suppose would mean to either think about something else or to bring awareness to the present moment (mindfulness)?Am I correct in my assumptions?

      I would say so yes, but not to consciously suppress the thought that ‘is not bringing you inner peace.’
