I had a bad experience with SVT but it was a curly 4*4 closure and it was a synthetic mix, when I added water it was like it got even more knotted and hair would fall out in massive amounts but maybe they upgraded since then bcuz that was in 2022

what is “developer” you advice to not use much on a 613?

It’s a cream that you use when dyeing or coloring hair that helps “develop” the color you’re adding. It’s mostly peroxide but it can be a harsh chemical in high concentrations, that can strip the hair of its moisture.
