We've got some CLASSIC Modern Builds content today!! This was a really fun experiment... I've known about these long edge-banding rolls for a while but did have a project for it in mind until I looked at the price of solid oak for this project at the big box store. Instead of waiting for the hardwood supplier to open in a few days, I decided to give this idea a try!! It came out SO cool in my book and opens the door to more ideas using plywood to get a solid wood look- PRO finish while materiel prices are so high!! Maybe a bed in this style up next???
I agree!!! I just looked at Amazon and saw the have sheets that are basically the perfect size! I might pick some up at least to have for the next project using oak ply!
Cable go behind the middle dividers to get to the outlet easy… I guess drill a hole if they need to feed through the top…. I’ve used the plastic thru-ports from Amazon in the hast with good/clean results
