There are some comments here that border being sarcastic, if those comments are truly meant in a negative connotation: this is just them goofing around during their downtime. Not every breathing second of a soldier’s life is spent doing their duty, as that’s unrealistic and unfair in terms of expectations. Again, I may be assuming hostilities, but if you truly think that these soldiers are wasting anything, the answer is it’s only the same thing everyone else is.
