    How do you deal with anxiety during a pandemic?
    For me having enough space with the right person around me is one of my best ways today, aside from eating healthy foods. In this video, we had hard times meeting each other since the pandemic, on top of it was a hectic work schedule. Our team was divided into two separate groups and shifts. So bonding was quite sketchy to set a schedule. Luckily that day I was able to enjoy myself with them for few hours. I can't imagine seeing and chatting with them again physically. That became possible in the open space of Nuvali park. This pandemic had changed everything in me, how I wish can travel back in time where this crisis was never a thing. The effect of the pandemic on me was immense to the point I gain a lot of weight and I worried about my mental health.
