Do you have AL Colorado? If going for a reload build, I'd choose her over Lee. You get the accuracy perks, too. You still sacrifice some range (assuming you choose her special "Courageous Shelling" skill). Unlike fires, floods don't stack. So, even if you hit all 6 torps and all of them cause floods, it's only counted as a single flood. HE is definitely a viable shell choice - especially for the hybrids. Throw torps... if they cause a flood almost EVERYone instantly DCP a flood. Now, hit them with HE to cause the perma-fires. Or do it the other way... they DCP the fires, then hit them with the torps and watch them flood out. BTW, congrats on getting the Royal Carribean... I'm almost certainly waiting until it's a bureau project next year. Haven't earned enough of the "Independium". Only at about 14k... and can't see myself buying all the crates needed to get the rest.
Bro out here wilding.
