Good to see the Concussive out for a spin. It’s definitely not top-tier, but I think it’s not far from good. Just needs a little something.

In my opinion, Liberator Concussive has the lowest fire rate among the AR so it should have high damage around 90 or 100.
It shreds warriors and below, while the stagger keeps you safe from hunters and brood commanders. I run it on D9 with good success.

How the hell are you using stratagems while running? I've tried before and I couldn't. Also what is that explosive sidearm that thing looks mad good.
You gotta change stategem keys to up down left and right instead of wsad. And set activate strategem with "press" not hold

I just saw your comment from a previous video I watched. Someone who had the same CPU/GPU combo. I'm thinking about upgrading to a 4090 myself. I'm wondering why FPS is so low for you though. I'm currently running a 5800X3D with a 3080 12gb, ddr4 3200mhz cl16 OC and a 240mm AIO, case fans 1000w PSU etc. My maxed settings at 4k put me consistently above 80FPS. I'm wondering what I either did to adjust my settings to get that high FPS for what I have for components or if I should consider myself extremely lucky for the performance I'm getting with this demanding game. The only thing I see myself watching is my GPU Temps. Highest I've seen is 88c.
PS I was playing the same map as you tonight and getting 80 FPS or higher. I will admit sometimes I dip below 80 but never down to the 60s. I'm wondering if my monitor would have anything to do with it. Great video by the way. Thank you.

Also if you are planning to upgrade to 4090 and do plan on playing this game often I would suggest an CPU upgrade as well since as you can see my fps dips below 50 due to CPU bottleneck and this game is cpu demanding so 5800x3d won't be good for this game unfortunately. As for the temps yeah I used to have an RTX 3090 and temps were awful. 40 series are incredible on temps though it's like night and day from previous gen
@@RTXOpulent +1 to the CPU upgrade. HD2 is heavily CPU-bound because almost all the physics is rendered CPU-side.

Render is set to performance. What monitor are you using? I'm using the gigabyte M28U. 4K 144hz with HDMI 2.1 for my port used for display.
