Indonesian Undersink Apartment Grease Traps (IGT-30)

As a foreigner I hadn't seen such things and didn't know you are supposed to clean them regularly. This video is for other tourists renting apartments in Indonesia. If they smell and/or are leaking, then empty them. It is a bit gross but easily doable.

So cool. I hope to return to Indonesia soon and eventually settle down there. Aside from the air pollution, Indonesia is pretty awesome.
