  • A Magistrates' Court or Crown Court appearance for a driving offence like speeding or drink driving will result in a criminal conviction. The conviction will only go on your criminal record if it is for an imprisonable offence.
    We look at:
    1. Criminal convictions
    2. Criminal records
    3. Rehabilitation periods
    4. DVLA records

I have penalty points 2017 may careless driving 9points (cd10) majestic court
Now all removed from dvla records
    Can i apply citizenship
Its mean this convecton spent or not

    • @Liberty_Freedom_Brotherhood

      You can apply yes
But you may get declined for failing the SUBJECTIVE “Good Character” clause.
Unless you have actually been jailed then you should be accepted and would have good grounds to request a review of any citizenship refusal based on your Article 8 rights (ie establish family or social life in the U.K.)

If you don't mind but what did you do? I may be going to court for careless inconsiderate driving for overtaking a car in a 30mph, I went 40mph during the overtake. There were no solid white lines.

Hi Stephen, Would a summoned hearing for a small claims won’t show on up on a dbs?

I wouldn't have thought so, as this involves contract law, not criminal law.
