hoe gaat het bedrijf met de garantie om? late ze je niet stikken? kan hem niet zomaar ff opsturen natuurlijk
Ik heb geen idee, want ik heb tot nu toe geen garantie hoeven te claimen. Wat ik bij een andere ebike leverancier heb gemerkt, is dat ze je het onderdeel opsturen en zelf moet maken of dat een fietsenmaker dat doet. Het zijn gelukkig erg standaard onderdelen, dus geen Van Moof praktijken.

Is it too small for Someone tall 1 meter.81 cm ?
Yes, it is small, because it does not follow best practices related how to a rider sits on the bike, I guess if a rider has more than 160 cm it is harmful for his/her knees. And with the motor it will require to work by legs to drive up hill.
So it is not suitable for a tall riders and generally it is not suitable for every day uses, but may be good for riding on a flat areas, like a park
ONLY.... hahaha, funny
Compared to other fat tire ebikes, it's for me 'only'. But 699 remains a lot of money for sure!
