Thank you. The signs of a great teacher is, when students can think of the steps involved to get the answer to a problem. This is exactly what was happening for me as I was watching the video before you mentioned what you would do next, you are amazing.
Since I got my ScanNCut machine I started following your video tutorials. I've learned so much from your detailed easy to follow techniques... Thank you for sharing with us.
I just really needed to thank you for that unwitting push you gave me. Although, I worked differently I applied your techniques to achieve a wonderful Holiday card. I thank you ever so, for the inspirations and sharing. You are the BEST!
Yes it doesn't matter how you achieve something, I just give ideas and techniques and then anyone can work their own designs and styles out from there. Thank you glad it helped
Fab-u-lous!!Taken me ages to do this as I'm not a very confident or skilled canvas user it with your careful instructions have now completed it. Thank you.
I have had the Scan n Cut for about a year but have only used it to cut out shapes. your tutorials are so easy to follow. I made several things already and am more able to understand the abilities of this wonderful machine. Thank you again
Thank you so much for share your brillants tutorials. I'm from Peru and i love my scanncut but here is so difficult learn about it. You're an excellent teacher. Thank you so much. You are amazing !!!!
Thank you, I did have a go at something like this a few weeks ago but although I got so far I just could not quite get it right ,Thank you that has solved a problem for me. Love your video's taught me such a lot.
Thank you for another fabulous video! Going to use this technique for my Christmas cards this year! It's a much better and easier way than how I did it last year.
Love the videos and thank you, but is there one that tells about adding the dash lines, especially to only one part of the design? I take it you did it before welding them together?
The dashed lines on this card were added by hand, i think I said that in the intro. I have done videos on my channel about adding dashed drawn lines with the machine, have a look in the Canvas playlist you should find something
I’ve just got an SDX1200 and am glued to your brilliant tutorials...but I’m a real beginner who’s always used dies. Could you show how to reproduce favourite dies onto my machine memory please. I understand if you feel this is too basic for your followers but I might not be the only novice out here.lol.
Hi thank you glad you are enjoying the tutorials, the reason I would not show dies is because I don’t use any and also it is against copyright with most companies to reproduce their products
Thanks Ashley I do enjoy your videos and have learnt so much from them and will make this card this week, one thing the sentiment is that cut out or did you write it with the pens
Thank you glad you liked it, I think that font is Matilde i don't know if i had it on my computer of if i downloaded it, but i usually only get my fonts from Dafont. If you look in the Fonts Playlist on my channel i did a video all about choosing fonts and one about using the font converter and how to fill in fonts
Wow! You are a great teacher! Thank you so much! Would it be too hard to add a picture of your finished project to the very end of your videos. I have been starting the video over so I can see it again, but I thought I would ask if it isn't too much trouble. I'm a new subscriber, and I'm really enjoying your great videos! Thank you so much!
There is always a picture at the end of my videos showing the finished project, on this particular one there is a picture at the start and end of the video. Thank you
I love this card thank you but I have had my 950 for a year lost some of my tattered lace on usb because I’m obviously ignorant on the symbols,so am now frightened to use it ,I know I’m 75; so not really technically smart can you advise a clip that shows what all these tool signs mean I terrified of wiping everything clean xxxx
They don't have names unfortunately if you've wiped them off a usb i think you can contact tattered lace and they may be able to replace the ones you have deleted. my videos are in "playlists" so if you look in the "machine" playlist they may help because i usually describe what icon i using so they may help.
Thank you for this tutorial I have a question As I went to download this to a stick on my MAC it sent it to #A3 instead can you tell me what this is and how to change it please Lyn
I've watched this a few times but still can't solve my problem. How can I curve the grass pattern in the Borders? I am trying to avoid buying yet another die!
I didn't use the grass borne i made my own, not sure what you mean. The grass on the border design in Canvas is curved, the leaves curve in different directions from memory
No I mean to get the actual line of the border to curve. It would look similar to the hillside border dies from Lawn Fawn. So not the curve of the grass blades but the overall border would have an arch.
Thank you. The signs of a great teacher is, when students can think of the steps involved to get the answer to a problem. This is exactly what was happening for me as I was watching the video before you mentioned what you would do next, you are amazing.
brilliant, glad the videos help thank you

applelover53 thank you for the reply and I understand your reasoning....I’m sure I’ll still get plenty of inspiration and help from your tutorials....
Very helpful. Thanks so much.
Thank you
Thanks Ashley I do enjoy your videos and have learnt so much from them and will make this card this week, one thing the sentiment is that cut out or did you write it with the pens
I used the universal pen holder to write it with a silver pen, thank you glad you liked it.
applelover53 thankyou
Oooooh I've just made this, thank you.
Please could you tell me where you downloaded your single line font from
Thank you glad you liked it, I think that font is Matilde i don't know if i had it on my computer of if i downloaded it, but i usually only get my fonts from Dafont. If you look in the Fonts Playlist on my channel i did a video all about choosing fonts and one about using the font converter and how to fill in fonts

Ashleigh I have been looking for a video on how to make a 4 step stair card have you a video for one
I am sure Ive done a tutorial for a step card have a look in the Canvas playlist on my YT channel.thanks

I have no idea, try right clicking save download as or save target as and choose your USB stick that way
I lost my measurement box that appears when ur sizing your project! Could u help me return it to my screen? Thanks
I don't know, it just reappeared but if this has happened to u please let me know how to get it back on my screen. Thanks
Ive never had that happen, maybe it was a server issue, sometimes Canvas do do odd things
I've watched this a few times but still can't solve my problem. How can I curve the grass pattern in the Borders? I am trying to avoid buying yet another die!

like these www.amazon.com/Lawn-Fawn-Border-Grassy-Hillside/dp/B01FWY8ST8/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1505644282&sr=8-11&keywords=grass+border+die
There isn't an easy way to do that in canvas, maybe easier to do it Inkscape I will have a think about it
