- The nice folks at Gearbest.com sent me the Wrist remote for the SJCAM M20-SJ6 Legend-SJ7 STAR & SJ8 PRO. Very nice build quality and VERY easy to pair to these cameras and I show you how to pair it to your camera and I was surprised at how far it reached, I tested it at 50 feet away and still worked and I'm sure it would reach further.

Nice looking remote. I've been thinking about the sj8 pro camera but I've been hearing some so so things about them lately. If I do decide to get it, I will definitely get the remote as that seems like a neat and useful item to have with it. Love your voice ;)
I was surprised at how long the remote strap was and it works flawlessly and SUPER easy and fast to pair. I have also heard some of the "so so" as you say remarks about SJCAM, but in my experiences with them over the past 3 years I have had zero issues with any of the SJCAM cameras I have and the SJ8 Pro is easily the best action camera SJCAM has produced to date.
You should really think about doing voice over work, ok enough of drooling over your voice hahaha. Have a great day

No as the camera must be powered on for it to connect to the remote.

No, its only for taking a photo or video.

crazy timez: Yes I have a set for my DJI Spark and use them and they do help but you need to use manual mode instead of "auto" to get the best results. I'll do a video about it.

Hello dear sir, what you think is the best action camera for this year.
Depends on what resolution you plan on shooting in, and do you want image stabilization in that resolution and then there is audio to consider, do you want good audio from the action camera or will you record audio via an external source?
For the video function, once you press the record button on the remote, is there any backlight or anything like that to indicate on the remote that the camera is taking a video? As if the camera is helmet mounted, I'd rather not take it on trust!

Hi. I have the sjcam sj6 Legend camera with this remote that I use on the motorcycle. I would like to know if the remote can operate two cameras at the same time, since if it does, I would buy another camera that is the same to record different angles on the motorcycle.

Does it work on SJ9 strike?
My SJ9 Strike was a total strike out and I sent it back for them to "check out"
