I’m confused, where’s the foot work? Your first foot that lands has to stay at the same place but can go off the ground, as long as it doesn’t touch the ground again. The second foot that touches the ground can jump anywhere and pivot anywhere. I’m a netball player and aware of footwork rules but I just can’t seem to spot it, if someone could tell me when they step pls show me 😂
@@ItzClearlyGrace she didn’t, it was very fast but she stepped on one foot with the ball, while she was holding the ball it meant she wasn’t allowed to put down her other foot otherwise it would have been footwork, as soon as the ball was released from her hands she moved

The concept is okay but the timing compounded with short cutting and ease of the passer defeats the purpose of the drill. They are not challenging each other with respect to speed, reach nor safe landings. I see no benefits to the individual players by limiting development in allowing this passive plateau.
