I need to talk about Bait and Zym's relationship. Bait initially was jealous of the attention Zym recieved but eventually it transformed into beautiful frienship. At the end of S03 Bait sheds tears as Zym and his mom reunite. It was so beautiful ❤️😍

The creators do say that when dragons get older they can talk, since the red dragon and all the other dragons aside from Zubeia, Thunder and Sol Reigem aren't old enough to speak. And apparently we might get a time skip in the series, so we'll probably get to hear Zym talk
For the PRINCE. I love the fact despite we have a dragon hatchling acting like a newborn, he is not a pet but a member of a royal family, 5:35 despite the fact you are a royal kid, Zym-Chan, wait until you are gonna be cliched. 6:43 they could connivence a dragon in that it met a literal royal.

The dragons shown in the show that just roar and growl can speak as well, but they're too young to do so yet and it will take them and Zym a few centuries before they can actually talk so humans can understand them

Zym also has some extraordinary abilities, not just eating and flying, but make electric shocks from his fangs and tongue that zap like thunder and lightning. He has his father's mighty white mane and his mother's beautiful eyes. A curious, adventurous and headstrong dragon hatchling until he got a little big in season 4.
Some people think that Calumn will master all six primal arcanums and defeat Aaravos. I think that Zym will lead a united party of humans, elves and dragons to defeat Aaravos. That's why the series is called The Dragon Prince.
The sad thing is that Azymondias is an Archdragon who will outlive Callum, Rayla, Ezran, Soren, and Bait because of his thousand years lifespan. Expect to see an older Azymondias cry when he sees an Historia Viventum spell recreating a specific event of his past friendship with Team Zym. Azymondias starts out cute and happy. But the idea of outliving your mortal friends is a sad thing that happens to every character who is immortal (Look at Tolkien Elves). - An example is how Elrond outlived his brother because of Elros' mortality but he managed to move on from his brother's death.
