Thanks man I finally had enough with these grooves on my Glock 23 gen 4 considering how small it is already and my hand don’t quit line up with the grooves.. your video was perfect 👍
Well I mean ya can always just spend a cool 3 grand on a Law enforcement officers used personal firearm and by pass that silly old handgun roster…. What an absolute racket Cali gun laws are.
This is great. I saw another video where they used a dremel to take down the grooves. This looks like a better method. I'm buying a Glock 19, but I HATE the grips, so I must have this done. I was wonder about what I might pay to have the grooves smoothed down, then stipple the grip.
Just take your time. It's fairly easy as long as you keep a steady hand. Plus if you mess up, used frames are a dime a dozen, especially the 22/17 ones.
Hey Logan .. your stippling job it is very nice.. not too much not too less and in the right areas.. the same i would like to do on my glock 17 gen4 .. do you think it will shoot better withouth finger grooves because of the natural placing of the hands? then.. Did you removed the gen 4 pattern on the side (R/L) gun handle before stippling? I mean.. did you just stippled your glock dirctly on the gen 4 gripping surface without sanding the little spike down? thanks for your help..
ecalzo as far as shooting better, it can only help especially if your hand does not align with the finger grooves. Comfort really. And yes I do use a dermal to remove the factory texture. I use a 240 grit drum on my dermal. It doesn’t have to be perfectly smooth since the stippling will cover it.
AlphaFox38 thanks! I only use a dermal for the trigger under cut. Also an 80 grit wheel. Once I achieve my desired depth, I finish with 220, 500, 1000, 1200 grit hand sanding sheets
Logan Majeski Also how do you create the stipple border? It seems raised. Im am clueless on this part but want to stipple my gen 3 to look exactly like yours!
Блейк Джордан great observation! This video was uploaded prior to the release of the gen 5. In addition, not everyone in the beautiful USA can purchase a gen 5 glock. Keep up the good work and Godspeed!

Awsome job Logan, looks neat-clean-professionally done.
Nice job my friend! I hate finger grooves never in the right spot.
It's amazing to me that Glock doesn't make their trigger guards already undercut, it makes sense! Almost everybody wants this! Pay attention Glock!
seattwa they are under cut...
noticed at the gun store the gen 5 gives me a much better point of aim without those finger grooves .. going to try this on my gen 4
This is badass! Thank you sir
I live in California and I can not buy glocks gen 4 and gen 5
Well I mean ya can always just spend a cool 3 grand on a Law enforcement officers used personal firearm and by pass that silly old handgun roster…. What an absolute racket Cali gun laws are.
@ at my gun store there was a glock 17 Gen 4 law enforcement used for like 950$ plus tax lol
stupid laws in CA
Was always wondering if it looked clean when ppl did this. Pretty cool. 👍🏾
That looks awesome. Smart , and inexpensive 👍👏👏
Looks good man. Good job.

SamBob 63 I bought a Gen 4 19 and the finger grooves blow, if you don’t want to hassle with it just buy a Gen 5
Great job!!
How'd you cut your borders
I wanna do this but I’m nervous about taking too much off.
Glock frames are cheap just give it a go. Worst case go buy a frame my last one was about $70 probably find them even cheaper if you look around.
Just take your time. It's fairly easy as long as you keep a steady hand. Plus if you mess up, used frames are a dime a dozen, especially the 22/17 ones.
Did this weaken the firearm at all? How many rounds have you fired through the gun after this?
This was really great! Thank you. Subbed! I’m hoping you have done a video on stippling a Glock..... 😆🇺🇸👍🏻
Is there a reason you left the bottom of the trigger guard so thick instead of thinning that out as well?
How much harder was the undercut? I wished that was on video too!
Wow that's clean! What did you use to do your shooters cut?
Looks great !!
Very nice work!
Looks good! How did you get your borders straight and clean?
Nice job. Good video.
Good vide thanks) So i want made my glock gen3 view look like gen 1. how remove rails under barrel and clear it ?
You don't, you sell it and find a gen 1
Gen 1 is hard to find now... Collectors snag them up.
Looks good, if so mine but I have a gen 3 and want to trade it for a gen 4. Once I get the gen 4 prolly do this.

Perfect tutorial.
Nice job 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Damn good job 👍
❤ man you rock!
Outstanding
I want to remove the finger grooves but I dont wanna stipple it do you guys think I can just put talon grips after instead of a stipple job???
You can clean up the sanded finger groove area and leave it alone. That's what I did and it looks great
Looks great! Did you do the stippling?
8BloodyKnuckles yes, I did.
Wow, soooo much easier than using dremel.
So I am literally the only one in the entire world that only removed the last Groove at the very bottom at the magazine
Great work
skill and patience
8SiCK0LAKE1 thanks!'
Logan, How did you do the trigger undercut? Did you use the belt sander for that too? Very clean! I really like this production video.
AlphaFox38 thanks! I only use a dermal for the trigger under cut. Also an 80 grit wheel. Once I achieve my desired depth, I finish with 220, 500, 1000, 1200 grit hand sanding sheets
Do you wrap the sandpaper for undercut in something to keep consistent shape? Do you dry sand or use a lubricant for the 1000/1500 phase? Thanks!
Logan Majeski Also how do you create the stipple border? It seems raised. Im am clueless on this part but want to stipple my gen 3 to look exactly like yours!
Yes I use a wooden 1/2" rod and wrap the sand paper around it. I do water sand with the 1000 and 1200 stages.
I use a carving method with wood whittling tools. I will make a video on how I do that soon.
I just hate the entire grip. Not even sure the finger grooves are a part of my hatred. What grit belt are you using, 80?
How much it cost
Damn can you do mine?
Very nice
That undercut looks more painful than stock
music?
Hey ummm can I use your belt Sander
Great, thanks
Are you taking any work?😁
lvl8hacker yes I do
@@loganmajeski2993 what grit were you using?
Logan Majeski if i were to send you my glock frame how much to make it like the one you did in this video?
Just buy a gen 5
Блейк Джордан great observation! This video was uploaded prior to the release of the gen 5. In addition, not everyone in the beautiful USA can purchase a gen 5 glock. Keep up the good work and Godspeed!
Logan Majeski I cant afford one either but I’m saving up for a gen 5 g17 or a g26 I can’t decide.
Блейк Джордан how about in the middle with a Glock 19?
Logan Majeski I like the way the 17 feels in the hand over the 19
Music ruined it. Didn't watch
Now sand off the stippling and restore the original texture and great job.
