I was happy to hear someone would know about Aphantasia. I have Aphantasia. Could you do a segment on Aphantasia and some possible modifications around visualization.
One thing to show you you can already visualize: do you know where your bed is in your bedroom? Do you know where your front door is in your house/apartment? Then you can already visualize. A lot of people think it has to be like vivid HD visuals to imagine, but we're always imagining and visualizing

Work on yourself ... Once you think great about yourself , the old story won't matter to you and it will b easy for you to believe in the new one ...my only suggestion is that don't start to affirm for the new story without working on yourself . .. don't pretend like nothing has happened, it will b too difficult.. I have personally gone with this and it has been like walking on the fire when coaches were explaining to just affirm for the new story of your relationship or your sp . It's only when I affirm for myself that I'm so amazing that anyone would want to be with me, it became so easy to believe in the new story of my sp that he really loves me and nothing has ever been wrong between us .. and things are all fine now ..we are getting married ❤❤❤

At no point was it going well. I let him be himself and tolerated his ignorance then grew to not see his flaws and lack of effort.
