- Treasure Cove! is an educational computer game intended to teach children reading and oceanography, released in 1992 by The Learning Company. An enhanced version was released in 1994, and this music is from that version.
After level 3, you'd enter Shark Park, a 1-screen area containing a score multiplier gem, an exit, and more and more sharks as the game went on.
This place freaked me out as a kid.

Another band should record their own take on the music from this game. It would be a Treasure Cover.
This area sometimes got so hard that even my dad would have trouble getting through it. This music literally haunted me in my nightmares. >:D
Omg yeah im 30 now and im reflecting on how this song haunted my childhood
As a kid, the sharks scared the living daylights out of me (especially as the game went on making them spit out the bubbles), then I began calculating and waiting patiently for my opening.
This is the soundtrack that gets played on a tuba whenever there’s a fat person in film or TV.
u just made me snort lmao
Ohhh the nostalgia.
I hate it when the your in a higher difficulty, the shark spits out the bubble.
I never noticed that. Interesting. I guess it's supposed to show your efforts at stopping the pollution are successful. Through the whole game you're using pufferfish to seal up underwater pollution vents.
I am pretty sure that if you run out of air bubbles at one of the highest difficulties you may have to give up! There is 100% no way through without air sometimes!
Just quit the game and then re enter it - and make sure you have air this time.
I was a master as a kid and showed my dad how to get through with no bubbles, u just need 1 light ;)
Reminds me of Clanker’s Cavern
@pastdweller I did notice the trash, just not that it slowly disappeared over the course of the game.
But yes, that may be it.
Spooooooooky...
