  • Lemar Wright is back with part-two of our new, informative, short video mini-series.
🟢 Do you know when to use either a diaphragm or piston sensed element in a pressure regulator? It depends on your application . . .
🟢 An application requiring very accurate low pressure and dependant on flow rate, opt for a diaphragm offering increased sensitivity and finer control
🟢 The diaphragm materials that we offer are either INCONEL X-750 or an elastomer that’s suitable for the media being used
🟢 Piston sensed elements are used when dealing with high pressure outlets, up to 1380 bar
🟢 We can alter the diameter of the sensor paired with different load springs to get the desired outlet control range
🟢 If you’d like any more information on how to decide to use a diaphragm or a piston sensed regulator do please contact us at www.pressure-tech.com
