I am in fethiye right now planning to go mud bath in dalyan and rhodos island for daily trip done blue lagoon beach great . I can't convince my wife to go up to babadag thanks for video .
GREAT,, i.have watched many videos, just to find out where the beginning of the cable car actually is and honestly you gave me the perfect description, so informative...the best. THANK YOU
just came back from fethiye yesterday,i also did the cable car trip, the cost is now 170TL per person(approx £8.50)still a bargain, what an amazing experience it was, breathtaking view from the top,its worth doing, also the chair lift takes you another 100m to the very top of the mountain, its all included in your ticket
Did that trip last week a fantastic day out We ate at the first restaurant as it was a little chilli at the top one as only in shorts and t shirt really nice meal with wonderful views Wanted to show the Mrs where I jumped off 2 years ago couldn’t persuade her to do and having been up there she said she never would !!!!
Thats blooming awesome. That is my kind of thing Eddie. enjoyable cable car up to an AMAZING place for a beer and OUT OF THIS WORLD views. Great also to relax and watch the paragliders doing their thing too.
i have enjoyed all your recent vds but for me this was the best one i dont think i have ever been in a cable car but looked a lot of fun and the landscape looked amazing thanks for sharing edd
Imagine the logistics of building that cable car, how did they manage to get all the building materials up that massive hill? Quite impressive when one thinks about it
👋steady enjoy your time before your home to the rain and cold looks like you got good value for your money on the cable car I've also been on the one in Llandudno
Beautiful scenery there Eddy such a fantastic part of the world. I love a good cable car ride and can never resist. Most memorable ones for me are Vietnam (Dalat I believe) Seoul South Korea And the very best was in Madeira where you take the cable car up and then slide down in a whicker basket on skies. Great video again Eddy.
Eddie got to thank you mate ,watching your old videos again and these new ones have got me through not being able to travel myself in this time but hopefully soon we will allbe able to see south east asia again
The cable car was being built when I was there, its certainly a better way to get to the top than the treacherous journey by road. We did the paragliding from the very top, not the place you filmed. It was terrifying running off a mountain, but once in the air, it was absolutely amazing, a truly awesome experience. You should do it Eddy.
Eddie you really need to more restaurant and bar reviews bud its really gives real perspective to each city region country you go to. keep up the good work!!..
Wow ! Absolutely brilliant Vlog Ed, from the scenery to the action on through the choice of Music and followed up with what we all want, hearing from you and how much you are enjoying it there.
I've been on one of these cable cars in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia highlands there are two huge Casinos on the mountain and shopping centres it takes about 25 minutes to get on top of the mountain I have been a few times there beautiful up I love it when I was winning the money but last time I was in those Casinos I lost so that time wasn't beautiful ha-ha
Hi Eddie I am off to the suncity hotel for June 13th this year in oldenease can't wait I am travelling all the way from blackburn Lancashire united kingdom... last time I did paragliding there it was only 40pound wow its shot up big time. I am a solo traveller too... if your away for the 13th of June can meet up if you like buddy.
Another great video Eddie. But, if I traveled there, I would definitely pay for a paraglide ride. Enjoyed your video of the cable car. I especially enjoyed your choice of music: Ride of the Valkyries. Wagner has always been a classical favorite of mine. I’ve even enjoyed his full operas. Which many people find quite boring.
Hi Ed, if you have any sense fella you will stay there, with cases 44,000 ave per day, and deaths yesterday at 223, your in a far better place, I think Delta has mutated and we in for another rough ride. I have never been to Turkey, but looks a great place to visit, and happy your enjoying your adventure, Take care and as always stay safe.
What breathtakingly beautiful landscape cinematography to close a Steady Eddy video exploring the heights of the Babadag mountains of Turkey while watching the paragliders taking off. It brought back wonderful memories of past teleferico rides in the French and Swiss alps. And, topped off with a cold beer in the lovely restaurant in the sky with those views, mate. What more could one ask for? Great vlog, Ed!
I jumped off Babadag Mountain in April 2019. It was an incredible experience. I found out a few Days later though, that 2 People had died jumping off there only the Day before !! It`s a dangerous Sport !! The Cable car wasn`t there when i was there.
How far is it from the beach area ? Can you walk there? are there regular buses, taxis? How much does it cost? I am a solo traveler who paraglides so can you get a one-way ticket? What is a quiet area to stay not too far out?
Hi mete I’ll be going to this region and probably visiting the cable car, if you could please answer me one question, is there a taxi terminal or anywhere we can get a taxi from the entrance outside? Thanks
I remember the cable cars at New Brighton back in the 60’s. They were proper cable cars & basically buckets you had to stand up in. No fancy restaurants but you could buy a toffee apple which was the health food of the day. No hang gliding with a bloke pressed up behind you but you could go on the ghost train with Dirty Dora & Naughty Nora. If you google New Brighton Cable Cars there are some old photos of them there.
@@STEADY599 Don’t forget the lighthouse. What I remember best about the Wirral was the Lildo’s which were the open air salt water baths. New Brighton, Parkgate, Hoylake & my favourite New Ferry.
Fantastic video Eddy , been trying to get my missus to let me have a go at that but she’s still saying no way , think she’s afraid about being left alone if I kick the bucket 😂😂😂🍺
Sawadee, Lovely to see the area again. Stayed in Hisoruno when it was a quiet little village 35 years ago and used to walk down to Oludenis & the Blue lagoon. Another great vid, Thanks
Woww ... Great video Eddie ... I was in Olu Deniz about 10 years again and it was a beautiful place to relax and the scenary is breathtaking !! ... The Babadan mountains are spectacular but is the blue lagoon nature park still going in Olu Deniz ?... Only 10 mins walk from the centre and is a beautiful place to chill for the day ... Check it out Eddie.
I really enjoyed this one! I like all forms of transport, those cable cars look fun to ride on...... That mountain looked quite high up, i'm not sure i's enjoy running off the edge of it even on a paraglider! Looks nice and warm there though, no crazy British storms for you this year Eddie.....
Steady Eddie...On top of the world! The intrepid traveller is back on form. I was looking forward to you paragliding off into the sunset like a movie hero.
The cable car was fun to watch going up but it didn't compare to that view top of the mountain and watching those people paraglide I Loved It Cheers Eddie
@@davecooke4009 You can’t buy just a cable car ticket you get entrance to Vinpearl amusement park & all the rides as well. So while an amusement park with lots of Kiddies doesn’t seem to be Eddy’s thing it could be Alfie’s.
That is cool , super cool . The paragliding looks magnificent , I don’t know if I have the balls to do it , probably at my age I would say yer why not . It’s £18 to get a cable car over to Vinpearl island now , I know there’s a water park and amusement but it’s a lot of money for Vietnam.
We were hoping to get to Fethiye this summer but it got cancelled. Hopefully next year. Eddie, you should try the paragliding! It would make a cracking video 😂
Fantastic view mate, going to Madeira soon, I think they’ve got views to rival your ones. Can’t see my Bangers Xmas trip happening , I think the junta have lost the plot. Keep up the good work😁

Fantastic Eddy, Fantastic, you must try the cable ride from Hong Kong to Lantau Island to see the big Buddha.

It is a short taxi or bus journey to Cable car terminal from Oludeniz. The beach area is your best bet for small hotels.
The lady said do you go all the way best offer this side of Christmas.
Hi mete I’ll be going to this region and probably visiting the cable car, if you could please answer me one question, is there a taxi terminal or anywhere we can get a taxi from the entrance outside? Thanks
