-Get a Popsicle stick
-Put a coin on each end to make it balanced
-cut a small hole in the middle of the stick
-get a toothpick
-cut the tooth pick to make it shorter
-put the toothpick through the hole
-cut out paper into little circles
-put the circles on the toothpick and glue it together
