  • I sat down with The Agency's Mauricio Umansky to discuss HOW TO DISRUPT THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY.
The Agency is a full-service, luxury real estate brokerage and lifestyle company representing clients worldwide in a broad spectrum of classes, including residential, new development, resort real estate, residential leasing and luxury vacation rentals.
Since its inception in 2011, The Agency has redefined the business of real estate, modernizing and advancing the industry by fostering a culture of partnership in which all clients and listings are represented in a collaborative environment by all of its agents. Shunning the traditional model of how real estate is practiced, the agents share their knowledge, spheres of influence, contacts and expertise, ensuring their clients better representation and a true competitive edge.

These are VOD style videos you can watch and re-watch anytime...anywhere -- while in your jammies if you wish. This is much better than having to get all dressed up...paying $2,500 plus flights and hotel for an expensive seminar ticket to learn from someone amazing, at some event run by strangers, that costs a fortune. Instead you can enjoy these masterclass-style videos in privacy on your own for about the cost of a cup of coffee.

Muy buen video, Mauricio es un excelente ejemplo de superación y dejar los negocios que no funcionan por tratar de ir tras nuevos proyectos .

interesting approach with the video this time Brian. I didn't really see much of you both on the camera together. Much like a live skype. It was refreshing, but uncomfortable. Thanks for keeping it interesting.

Host: Hey Mauricio how did you get this job?
Mauricio: two words buddy, Kathy Hilton.

Exactly! Mauricio launched his business off the success of his wife's family ties and her Bravo show. No doubt about it.

This sounds similar to every team approach including Keller Williams and the RE/MAX model that started off just like this company did. Truth be told and agent should be good enough, proficiant enough, and well educated enough with today's technology that they do not need to give a team or a small brokerage like this one for control of what they should considered their business.

I could not watch past 1:47. Mauricio your a nice man, i have to tell you that you say the words Umm And Ahh so much i couldn't watch this.
Puplic speaking is not natural to everyone i suggest you take some classes so you can correct this bad habit.
You mught not even be aware of it, watch some interviews you've had then count the amount of times you say Umm And Ahh then you'll see.
Dont hate im just pounting out a pet peeve peeve.

I'm sure you thought this was constructive criticism but it makes you look extremely shallow and you missed some amazing advice from someone who built one of the greatest real estate companies in America right now. While you are over there pouting and hating on petty things, everybody else is learning and growing and making money.
And if you reread your paragraph, you have about 10 typos/grammar errors so there's that too.
Get that hate out of your heart and have a great day!
