This session covers the 'why,' 'when,' 'who,' and 'what' of evaluating quality improvement projects (QIPs) geared toward stakeholders who have implemented a QIP and need to evaluate it in order to plan their next QIP. Adam Thompson presents in depth on how to evaluate a QIP, particularly on the core elements to be reviewed (process, QI team, measurement, documentation, sustainability, and information dissemination).
