Yeah it definitely had more fun and challenging areas as opposed to the last time we went there. I do prefer long trail rides over wide open parks. But that’s just me.
@@TrailExpedition got it . Very cool. You men have much work and your hard earned dollars into those Jeeps. Ford not supposed to keep up. Glad you left your new Diesel home. Way to nice for those rocks.
Yeah the JT is definitely meant for more overlanding and mild to moderate trails. The break over and departure angles are not great. They each serve their purpose.
I need to get back up there this next spring with my Jeep, they have made lots of improvements since i was up there this last spring in the ex's gladiator...i want a skydio for the follow...but that is my fear with using it in a group. Just hard to use any other drone with no co-pilot. When we were there, there was a nice blue bronco bashing around the sxs track for a while. It was kinda fun to watch from the top of the hill.
Yup! Lots of improvements at that park. And the Skydio 2 is hands down the best drone to get for the follow me function. It usually does really well with avoiding obstacles, however, his flag whipped into it. Oh well. Already got a new one!
Mt Magna can be tough with wet muddy tires. Last time there I went up every side except the far left from the back. Didn’t think I had the belly clearance. Nice video!
I would love to come on a adventure to Holly with you all. I have a 04 GC with a 2 inch BDS lift and 32’s. Next year would be great. Been to Bundy 4 times so far
I really like Bundy as well and I would say they are pretty equivalent. My personal favorite is trail riding. That’s why I love Drummond so much over parks.
I haven't made it to Holly Oaks yet...But then again I haven't made it to Rocks and Valleys or any of that stuff.. My goal was this year for HO... but it'll probably need to be next year.. Bundy is by me though, and I'm kind of a regular there...at least when I'm not busy. Lol.
@@TrailExpedition I normally wait till like February to go for the winter.. (their winter wheeling days in Feb are typically on or around my birthday... so it's a fun trip) Otherwise I go and take a lot of pictures/drone shots and share them with the park to use... figured why save them all for me
Hey, great video and kudos on completing the trails! Quick question: I have got a 21' Rubicon 4XE with no upgrades nothing, only everything the Rubicon gets from Jeep. Do you think it could handle all the obstacles at holly and mounds or should I go with bigger tires and few other upgrades?
All of the obstacles? Definitely not! However, you can do a lot with a stock Rubicon. I’d say you can do at least half of the parks with ease. Get out there and get to it!
where is a good spot for just light trails? none of that crazy rock and cement obstacle stuff? i have a 21 rubi extreme recon so i can handle most basic things.
You can do a lot with a stock Rubicon! With that said, if you want nice easy trails, I would check out the Tin Cup trail system in the mid Michigan area.
Currie antirock. It is the older aluminum style. Not sure if Currie is still producing them in aluminum or not. The antirock is nice but over time becomes noisy as ever.
Good video. Park gets better each time we go.
Yeah it definitely had more fun and challenging areas as opposed to the last time we went there. I do prefer long trail rides over wide open parks. But that’s just me.
Nice video! Production cost are getting kinda high with the drone carnage
Ugh. You’re telling me. Seriously, what are the odds of that scenario playing out. Ridiculous.
Love that park.
It’s definitely worth checking out! Thanks for the comment.
Love going there it's so much fun.👊🤙 thanks for sharing bud
Absolutely! We hadn’t been there at all this year so we were due for a visit.
Jeeps looked great
Looking like they were tearing up those ford's. Great coverage.
They were trying to keep up best they could 😂

Nice! I’m hoping to get out west this year!

very well edited good video

Right on. Yeah it can be very difficult when wet. Traction can be hard to find in some areas. Thanks for the comment and support 💪🏻

Ya gotta go to Drummond. It’s the best off-roading in Michigan.

I highly recommend the swayloc! Locked position drives really nice on road and unlocked gives you all the flex 💪🏻 best of both worlds!
@@TrailExpedition awesome!! Thank you for the information!
Absolutely! Thanks for the comment and the support.
So do you have any kind of warranty on that drone or is it a total loss? That really sucks man
Total lose. Sucks but it is what it is. It’s the best “follow me” style drone so I’ll be getting another one.

They open every weekend???
In the warmer months yes. Unfortunately in the winter months the hours are more sporadic. You’d have to check the website.
It that a home made anti rock sway bar? On the red jeep
No, it’s from the company. He’s running them front and rear.
