Ingredients :
220g caster sugar (细砂糖)
250ml milk (鲜奶)
60g cocoa powder (可可粉)
250g butter (牛油)
3 large eggs (鸡蛋) ~ grade A
140g plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)
Chocolate roses (巧克力玫瑰花):
80g dark chocolate (黑巧克力)
Ganache (巧克力奶油):
120g dark chocolate (黑巧克力)
60ml whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
30g butter (牛油)
