    I am practicing it from last 1 year 2 months. I Can only tell that If somebody had told me 2 years back that there is possiblity of me being what I am right now , I wouldn't've believed. Only those who stick to it they know.🙏

      @@redpillmatrix3046first two months it took 55 mins.. now 45 mins..it may reduces to 40mins.. but very effective

    I am doing the practice from last 2 months. Can’t explain in words. Lost weight and have had good body structure. Lot of glow in face . Lost almost 7 kgs in 2 months.

      That would be very dangerous..
      You think a practice that needs around 15 hours of focused time to learn from a thoroughly trained teacher can be learned just from a video? People would start practicing and therefore destroying the ancient practice.

    What is the difference between Surya Shakti and Angamardana in terms of physical fitness? If I increase the number of cycles in Surya Shakti do I need to learn Angamardana?

      I used to have the same question. Although I learnt Angamardana 4 years ago I never practiced it cause I was doing Surya Shakti/Kriya and yogasanas and assumed these are more advanced. But I started doing Angamardana 10 days ago and the results have been completely different and amazing! It's the best preparation for the body, made me so alert, and increased my perception. Different people lack different things... and this practice is totally filling in some gaps I've have. You never know what benefit each of the practices bring to you unless you try it yourself and Angamardana has been on the top of the list for me in terms of transformation (along with Shakti Chalana Kriya)

    There are many positives like looking and feeling younger, a lot more energy, amazing flexibility, to have a higher perception and know things almost instinctively...
    Its a great yogic practise bur i have a few things to ask after doing angamardhana for an year..
    - It gives me this excess energy and people are not able to look at me in my eyes , as they cant take the intensity
    - My spine became weaker , before i never any spine problem
    - The nerves are not at rest , if i just touch my hand i can feel they are jumping .
    - And somehow it drives away the girls not sure, may be because of intensity..
    Does any else experience the same, or am i fdoing something wrong ,, or what is it ...
    I do angamardhana and shambhavi ... now i am doing alternate days angamardhana and surya kriya along with the base of shambhavii ...
    Any comments are welcome ..

      kumble113 I think you're doing the practice wrong...contact a hata yoga teacher for corrections and let them know your problem. Corrections class is free of cost as you have already done the program previously. For list of hata yoga teachers in your area, you can check the Isha hata yoga website. Thank you.

      kumble113 you should try to do resting postures perfectly in each set... Only resting postures will slow down and cool you... If you just run through the process.. Fast.. Without relaxing.. You would feel this... Try to remain in savasana for some more time this will help to calm down you ....

      You can’t buy a DVD. You must learn it from a qualities Isha Teachers. It’s a difficult practice and if you try to learn in yourself, you risk injuring yourself.

    the prescribed teaching of yoga are for the able persons what about for the disabled ? other the breathing exercises certain chair yoga have to be developed . advanced courses are effective only for the able persons, disabled persons with locomotive problems cannot do surya namaskara angamadharan, or any other advanced courses like hata yoga, sooniya suriya kirya sathaguru may please provide a maarga in this area

      Angamardana solo lo puedes aprender con un isha hatha yogi. Si tienes suerte, puedes encontrar uno en tu ciudad o puedes ir a isha foundation.

    I’m doing Angamardana for 2 years now ...been doing advanced Angamardana as well ...the thing here I want to share is ...
    My chest,triceps,traps and legs are in perfect proportion by doing Angamardana
    But my biceps and shoulders are not well developed
    This may be genetics or I’m doing Angamardana wrong
    Anyone can answer
    Because I’m not finding any exercises for biceps and shoulders in Angamardana

      mayank gaur if we Do Angamardana continuously for 1 year our hatayoga teacher will initiate us a advanced version...which has more reps compared to normal Angamardana and some postures may vary

      I have been doing it for past 5 months....but before starting it I already had done Surya kriya for 2 years....Now I able to do it very easily and feeling strong....can I also ask my instructor to initiate me into advanced one?

      mayank gaur yes you may ask those advanced versions were done by instructors while they are doing hata yoga teacher training it will not be a issue...But he may ask you to do it correctly once if you are able to do postures perfectly then only it is advisable to increase reps ...My advice just do it for 1 year .. because as sadhguru said aasana siddhi will take time and it may take years to master a aasana

      Initially it is taught slow
      But sadhguru says it is just a 25 mins practice
      So it should be done in a certain pace not too slow and not too fast

People shudint be miss guided just by this simple physical activity... All we need to look is just to be safe wihile maintaining health... Sorry if i made anyone feel offended

BMW, Mercedes rarely have an add.. Assana is like that.. There is no profound yoga assana which is unknown.. Every calisthenics movement when combined with prana yama.. Is an asana
