Easily my favourite time of year, Lush greens, all the colours of flowers, so bright and vibrant! The rain just adds to to the peacefulness I don't know how or why! Love it thank you!'
I was in San Francisco, one buddy was in Maui and one was in Portland. We all looked at this video together via Zoom and loved it!! Excellent walking tour and the rain added extra excitement!!
Not no more, unless u dont mind subjecting urself to some things like higher rents. I tell people all the time its not some dream world u think it is. I was into it in mi late 20s but now, Im so over this place.
@@LongLeggedOne Its like that literally everywhere man. Rent is skyrocketing across the country as cost of living continues to mercilessly rise, and wages continue to stagnate. I'm originally from Portland but had to move to East coast for work for 5-6 years and I ended up missing it a lot and recently moved back, but on the East coast they are dealing with the same shit. There isn't anywhere you can really move anymore that doesn't have a massive homeless problem, rising cost of living and other difficulties unless you move to a literal middle of nowhere town in the midwest. But then you start having problems like finding work related to your career, having no social circle, no networking/business connections etc. They both have their tradeoffs and bullshit, just depends on what you're willing to deal with.
Watching this from Asia with my wife, missing Portland and the cool spring rain, asked my wife to try to find trash in Laurelhurst Park or on the streets, over an hour video and spotted no trash, exact opposite of Asia. ! I know it isn’t like that everywhere in Portland, but still refreshing to see. Thanks for the trip down all the memory lanes!
The rain keeps the rift raft hidden indoors or under some shelter. Looks clean when it rains then you get woke up out of the trance and wonder where the hell am I living in this town for. The local and state government have taken anything worthy out of this cities life. It has gone to hell. Should take some video of what is really going on in the streets. It wish it was like this for real.
I listen this part of portland in the background is it was a know funny to hear the rain and the cars pass I would have believed myself in exterior dehor smoke my cigarette away from the rain under a great porch with the helmet for to be well immersed I advise to do it it is very pleasant to relax
For sum reason this is good at putting my ass to sleep while my neighbors are yellin like idiots n havin sum shifting party going on yawwwn......so sleeepy V.V

Wonderful city Portland.
🍎. Nice rainy walk. Kind of stereo typical weather for the north west. Enjoyable ambience though. Many thanks have a great weekend. - Henry
