As a ZZ solver I can confirm, it was ZZ, though the rotation DURING cross is a bit quirky for ZZ. ZZ basically is just cross and EO at the same time to make the solve rotationless and ergonomic, AND it forces ZBLL. You can also do EO line instead of EO cross but no one really does that anymore
@@d.a.b1404 I learned from J perms tutorial, and got help from those on the ZZ method solver discord. but I don’t recommend the J perm tutorial now. There’s a different tutorial that was made by err0r on the ZMS discord, and I believe it’s on a channel called “ZMS”
If your open to advice I would reccomend doing solves while actively trying to lookahead as hard as you can to improve it, it seems like that’s the thing holding you back most at the point
Pretty sure it wasn’t a zz solve cause you rotated to solve cross. In a real zz solve I’m pretty sure they orient edges then solve cross or orient while solving cross and the prices of orienting the edges shouldn’t require rotating

I looked closely and it looks like a normal CFOP solve ZZ solvers wouldn't solve the cross and instead orient all the edges and solve the FD and BD edges and solve the rest of the cube without rotations However, you in fact did solve all 4 edges and used a rotation for them so therefore it was a CFOP solve

If it was a zz solve last layer would have been 2gen which the oll was but the ja perm used for moves meaning it wasn’t 2 gen and not a zz solve.
