Sorry that your ride didn't go as planned, bloody punctures eh, had one myself the other day! Nice to see you both with Canyons, I've actually got one myself, a Grail:ON CF8 eGravel bike (2021). I don't use the battery very often though, only as a last resort, so as you probably can guess, riding a bike weighing nearly 20kgs manually, really gets the heart pumping! Happy trails to you both 🙂

It’s actually quite reassuring that even the pro’s have to abandon the route sometimes! Anyway- all good for me as a sub, I got a new route up to Park farm from this so 🎉. And great route you did the other day to Oundle- I needed a decent length but not too hard post Xmas ride. I’m banking those for an MTB and a separate road ride for next week.

@@essex9 it was a cool one, yes Jake did say hes going to switch to tubeless. Im currently tubes with gunge in and touch wood been ok for me. But maybe ill switch in the future. Hope you had a good ride and happy new year.
