    I'm a life long chef with a sharpening baby business. I judge knives as a chef, not how well they cut paper. Knowing how to use the tool you're making is priceless.
    I bet your knives are lovely things to do some work with.

    I found that using a bit and brace and a wooden wedge vice works best

    This is exactly what happened to me after I had neck surgery AKA broken neck so now I'm also making knifes.
