you could try stretching on days when you post a video or when you do something that is a weekly thing because if you do something and that thing is recognized with stretching too could help you remember (i hope this make sense)
Struggling on how to make friends post-grad / early 20s is so relatable!!! I'm recent-ish post-grad, and I feel like I want to move to a new place and explore and take advantage of new opportunities, but I'm paralyzed by the fear that I won't know how to make friends without school as my crutch, especially cause I work from home. Finding friends post grad and in your early 20's is really hard. I am a PhD student and the only new people I really meet are my students. Goals for May: 1. Finish and submit my paper as first author to an academic journal (will be my first as the first author to be published). 2. To have a more organised and 'clean' space at home and the put things where they below and not just where I am 3. Read every day (continuing yearly goal) 4. Prioritise myself and my mental health (continuing yearly goal) Highs for April: Saw Hamilton and solo weekend away Doing nothing for the Easter long weekend and relaxing (no PhD work, just me time) Low for April: Stressed and anxious relating to my PhD suporvision (sorted out now)

I’m so excited for you!!!! Accutane was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I normally show my skin updates in my weekly vlogs. My skin recently relapse and I have some more breakouts because I switched birth controls, and my hormones reacted weirdly to be switching birth control. but my breakout are a lot smaller and they go away so much faster after Accutane. Accutane was seriously the best thing I’ve ever done and I’m so excited for you.
Love how you talked about stepping out of your comfort zone I really want to work on that by working on having difficult conversations with other people. It's hard for me because I care so much and don't want to hurt them.
Re' getting a new apartment or not. I think the most important question you can ask yourself is why do you feel you need to spend less on the apartment? Is it because you think society says you should save more, or because you have anxiety about being able to pay it, or something else... See if the answer is purely for you, not for something you think you should do... Ive regretted times in the past when I got a cheaper place to save money, because i felt I should. I feel a lot better now i have a place I love. If you do get somewhere smaller, you can use a fold down table as your desk - so when its work time you hqve the table out, and then when its the ejd of the work time you fold it down and thats the signal to your brain that now its no longer work time
I think that I’ve been living outside of my means. I’ve been spending more than I’ve been making and I feel like there are cheaper apartments out there. It sucks that they might be smaller but I think I need to scale back my lifestyle
Dear Keegan, I have found that a way to break my habit of not wanting to do the dishes can be tackled by setting a timer to do dishes for 10 minutes. Most of the time I will want to go beyond that goal once I started. But just getting started can be hard for me sometimes. Hope this helps.
Moving is so stressful I think I mentioned in your first apartment tour video. That I was moving as well (still am) but I think I’m living outside of my means when it comes to finding an apartment
Meaning that I care too much about living in a luxury one when my price rage doesn’t match to them at all so now I’m touring the cheaper options (which I think I found it).
I like that you want to do some thing outside of your comfort zone. That sometimes it’s so hard to do it can be small and it’s still a big accomplishment to you. I wish you all the best.

i used to leave my clothes on the bathroom floor after i showered when i was younger UNTIL i picked them up off the floor one day and there was a SPIDER living in my clothes. i have never left them on the ground since then
Deep cleaning is fun, right? I like spring and summer but working on my yard isn't fun. I'm spending a lot of money making my grass look like a golf course. I didn't realize maintaining grass was that much work. I thought you just make sure to water and cut the grass and that was it. I have to treat the grass with chemicals every season to keep it look like a golf course or weeds and clover leaves will grow out. You have it easy just to keep your apartment clean. My dad said it's a lot of hard work because he's own multiple properties.

I just finished a beginner class, and it was soooo good. I would consider it a standard yoga class. She really just introduced us to beginner poses, chakras, and showed us how to meditate. RUclips definitely has some beginner yoga flows, but if you’re interested in going in person, just look for beginner yoga classes!

Have you tried to edit someone else's footage? It tests your creativity and editing skills. Now you have to have a different vision instead of yours. I think it's fun. I've done feature films, short films, music videos, commercials, and movie trailers. I think cutting a movie trailers is the funniest. You get to tell a story in 2 minutes and have to convince the audience to watch that movie. Did you know that a freelance trailer editor can make $40k to $80 cutting a movie trailer? That's just one trailer. A good chunk of change just to cut a trailer. LOL!!! Would you cut a trailer if Hollywood offer that much money? Try it's fun.
i am 100% not skilled enough for that haha. i know the bare minimum about editing. but even if i knew a lot, i dont think i'd want to do editing professionally. i like doing it for myself but i dont like it enough to do it for other people lol

For me it helped realise that it doesn't take that long to do all the dishes. By the time timer was going off I was nearly finished.
