You have to have the donor. Even if you have it it's going to tighten your skull skin up. 10k is about the limit for most people

I honestly question what the transection rate is. This don't look like 11,600 grafts in my opinion. Just my opinion. Maybe there was a lot of single hair grafts?

I was Norwood 7 and did one operation, needed 2nd ,but in my case PRP sessions did help to cover the bald head,so i was good only with one operation.

In 11500 grafts approx 8000 grafts are from scalp donor area only. How is that possible to extract 8000 grafts from safe donor area with the FUE technique only and not considering FUT and also without damaging donor?

Is hair transplantation viable for a man who is set to entirely lose the hair on his sides (everything in front of the ear)? Does a hair transplant to the crown and hairline not look awful without the sides to frame his face?
I've already noticed significant thinning (retrograde alopecia) on my sides as well as on my crown and hairline. It's something that all men on my mum's side exhibit and I appear to be following suit.
I suspect that the reality is that I'm not a good hair transplant candidate because I won't have enough donor hair to transplant hairs to both the top and side(s) of my head.. I don't know many men who do.

Hw was pretty far gone but likely is on Fin.... FYI best results would be small dose oral minoxidil and fin + topical minoxidil with finasteride

There is something not right here. 7000 grafts in one session? And 11000+ in total? No one with Norwood 6/7 has this much grafts in the donor area. Maximum is 7,000 and definitely not in one session.
