Enjoying this playalong! Looking forward to playing over it. I had read that about Jerome Kern, that he disapproved of all the jazzers playing his songs. Maybe he shouldn't have written such great tunes..
It's understandable when you listen to recordings of how he intended his songs to be played. This is supposed to be a romantic ballad and ppl just ejaculate over it and play the melody like it's a chore.
