@@SamFournier of course! I always wanted to start a RUclips but never did haha I think it's important to share that there are so many different ways of living life. You guys should definitely plan a trip to Spain. There are a lot of really cute towns just across the French/Spain border.

Just a quick tip, wash your fruits and vegetables (not BIO) with very lightly soapy water and of course with natural soap if possible. It's obviously necessary to rinse abundantly then. This removes most of the pesticides that have been sprayed throughout the ripening process of the fruit or vegetable. An apple, for example, can undergo an average of 35 phytosanitary treatments; herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, etc. throughout its ripening on the tree. Water alone is therefore not enough to wash it. This is why, like the hands, it's recommended to wash fruits and vegetables with soap before consuming.

Did you list the ingredients to your pasta dish or did I miss it?
I didn’t list the ingredients but I just chop up one zucchini and throw it in a baking dish with some tomatoes and chopped up garlic cloves and drizzle it with olive oil salt and pepper and put it in the oven for about 20 min. For the pesto I blend a couple handfuls of basil, 2 tbs of pine nuts, 2 garlic cloves and some of the cooked zucchini. Then drizzle a couple tablespoons of olive oil and add salt to taste and blend until creamy. Hope this helps.
