Mr Big members are among the most talented musician in US. Paul and Billy are still respected musician to this day. Yet, Mr Big came at the wrong moment. US market had different taste at that time and Mr Big never had a chance to be a big band in US. Luckily they were a big in Japan and Asia. Pat was a very groovy drummer with very beautiful voice. His vocal harmony with Eric is still the best to my ear. So many memory floods my mind when listening to Mr Big.

Amazing these 3 front men have a great set of pipes. But Billy on Bass,, Billy knows the instrument a how to really play it. The Solo is Astounding in pushing the guitar, amplification and Speakers. We all know Entwhistle opened the door. but Billy kicked it off the Hinges.
Can anyone hear that cracking sound in the background of Billy’s solo while he plays and pls tell me how he gets it, because I’ve heard distorted bass before and it doesn’t sound anywhere near as cool as that.
They were frightening back then. Opening up for so many bands that were at the top of the charts, and just kicking the fu*ck out of them. Ask CC, ask Brett. Ask Joey Allen and Eric Turner. Ask Sebastian, Dave Sabo, Scotty Hill. Nobody enjoyed following these guys.
Talented band, but Martin's voice kind of irritates me. Too thin and wispy. He should have been singing with Hanson back in the late 90s. What the hell is Billy Sheehan now? He has to be at least an OT 8?
