Please don't let those precious babies just roam.. they are prey for hawks, Owls, coyotes and other dogs. A hawk claimed a Chichi at the owners door in SC and another was attacked by neighbors dogs. Please don't put these little angels at risk just for videos outside.
Oh I agree, there was a story last year here in England where a Chihuahua was in a back garden playing when a seagull picked it up and flew off with it. The poor little dog could be heard screaming, it was never recovered 🥲 The poor owners were distraught. When my 2 Chihuahua’s go out in our garden either one of us go out to keep an eye on our precious babies 😊
Oh yes, I agree with you. I never let my Chihuahua out in the yard un-supervised, even at friends houses with fenced in yards That is a huge no-no, the dog must always be watched. Between snakes that are around and now freaking hawks...ugh.
I have to totally agree we have cameras on eagle nests in our area and one pair of eagles are habituated to cats and the camera shows Exactly what is going on and we have had eagles dive bomb our grown mixed dachshund on the beach so you can't be too careful.
There are dangers all around and you can’t protect every thing from every other thing. My brother witnessed a coyote strike a Yorkie, on a leash with its owner standing right there. The coyote came from behind, and the owner never saw it coming; it was tragic.
