I started collecting hard back cook books back in 1985. I have over 200 of them and believe me I enjoyed many many hours of looking at them and trying recipes. Unfortunately ever since I found Utube and channels like yourself I rarely ever look at them. Glad for your finds. Nice little trip.

Thank you! I too have a large cookbook collection I have over 300 hardback cookbooks and as well as a couple totes of small softcover.
