@@malikzain1346 I have fixed it with installation of compiler directly in OS(C:/) drive.Later just inserted the path in environment variable also you'll do some settings in VS code just one or two and it works really amazing

Mingw is not setting up. It shows to extract file . There’s no option to install it by double clicking on it as something opens up
I too have the same problem and even if i delete it and download it again it is downloading as a ZIP file.
