Normally I find it hard to watch somebody shops on these videos for antiques, shirts or whatever, but I enjoy watching you. Unlike most other RUclipsr thrift/flea market or garage sale buying, you don’t constantly chat the whole time. Your audience can enjoy the experience along with you. Love your channel. 👍🏻👍🏻
I love our Goodwill Pound store, which is like the Goodwill Bins. I'm in FL, I don't go their a lot. Mostly they sale clothes. I have gotten a few worthy items from time to time. This week I got an almost brand new Halloween tablecloth really nice cotton material. Bright checkered black and orange colors. Also buffalo check black and white shirt, again like new. I am crazy for buffalo checks. Love going their. Seems lately there hasn't been much to pick from. One time I did get about 25 old crochet dollies. The ones like grandma made. That was a real fine. Just found your channel and subscribed.
Like seagulls on a French fry...hit home because I live in Nova Scotia, Canada by the sea and love to throw my fries to the gulls when I'm parked and eating food. They have a squirmish over one another and even get up on the roof of my car! I pick out any weak ones and try to aim fries their way! Lol Hi there Rene
New subscriber. I’ve been meaning to check out the bins. I just started posting my thrifting videos! Too fun. I live in MN and they don’t have flea markets like they did when I lived out in NJ but I’d love to resell. Excited to watch more of your content!
I had my first bin experience today! The vibe is INTENSE in those places. But I scored some sweet stuff, including an incredible vintage Brooks motorcycle jacket that’s worth a good amount. I have a feeling I’m gonna become a regular there. Thanks to you and Taco for all the helpful tips!
It's always good to dig through the bins & take your time, people overlook many things. It would be great if one could visit on a daily basis, especially if reselling clothes is your thing.
Great video!!! You have the same long blue tables that we do at our bins!!! I feel the same as you when the new bins come out!! I hate the mad rush. I always look through the book bins and the people on the opposite side of the table will throw the books at the people across from them. HOPE that the denim hat is what you think it is!!
@@PaperandMoose Oh, my goodness, it is worse!!! That's an experience that everyone should see! The new clothes, new book bins are bad!!! But at my bins the shoes bins are the very worse!! When they come out and it like a herd of cattle when you are in the field and are throwing out new hay!! I have a Med. Priority Box of old dolls that I will send to you. Nothing really special, but I thought that you might like them. I don't have your address, so is it O.K. if I send them to Taco Stacks?
All the things you scored looked very nice! My mother worked in a cotton mill during WWII and also her sisters! My mother wore her Daisy May to do gardening! My Daddy's sister's name was Daisy May ,Love your channel ,that brought back some happy memories 😄👍 🙋🕊️
Good luck with the hat. Hope it is the real deal. In the past year I found a pair of 1960s selvedge jeans and a 1960s selvedge denim jacket a few months later. Sold them for a very nice amount. Paid the rent for a while!
Hi I'm new here thanks for having me along this is really interesting I'm in tucson arizona it's really a pleasure meeting you hope to see more of your videos thanks for what you do your friend in time michael
I found hundreds of victorian and early 19th century clothing buttons at the bottom of the bins once. I still have not sold them - I love looking at them - but I expect to make at least $300 when I do finally decide to sell them. I paid less than $2 for the whole lot of them.
My gal and I go to GWill outlet s are they are called "Diggers" by the locals. There are 3 in our area. We never compete with new carts either as our tastes differ from most. There are worst way s to spend time! Our nickname s are Moose + Squirrel, peace out.
baking soda and white vinegar will make a lovely paste and will help in removing any kind of stain you come across including ink and old coffee stains..
That’s in the style of a daisy May hat but I think they actually had Daisy’s embroidered on them and the insides where better finished off....but your rights original one can go for anywhere over USA 300 dollars...good luck will be interesting to see the out come....
Hi! Where I live, unfortunately there are no bins to be able to rummage through. For the serious picker I think that would be a plus. Love your tablecloth finds...there is nothing as pretty as vintage print cloths!
I've been lucky to find a few vintage tablecloths at the bins. The price is beyond right there, so I always make sure to pick them up. If staining is really bad but the design is pretty, I use them on my tables at the flea market - the items for sale cover up the stains :0)
I can see myself going on a binge watch of your videos. I really like all the vintage clothing & other items you buy. Taco was right when he said to check out your channel.
Love that "Evil Snowman" in the silent auction case...he looks similar to one I have...mine is the traditional white and hand made. From some angles he looks like a smiling snow guy...but in certain angles and lighting he takes on a whole opposite look...Twilight Zone all the way!
The bins can be anxiety, especially when crowded. I just remind myself to take my time and I make sure to not have anything planned for the afternoon... you never know how long you will be there for!
I'm a recent subscriber and all the videos I've watched so far show you dealing with ephemera. When I saw the title of this video, I thought, "How will paper items survive the diggers at the bins?" :D Now I know you deal with other things, too.
Where is this Goodwill located? I'm assuming it's somewhere in western NJ or NEPA based on your Phillipsburg videos. I'm NJ NJ too and would love to check this place out!! Thanks for the fun videos!!

I'm new to your channel and have never heard of 'bin day'...they don't offer that in our Goodwills. So how does it work as far as prices on the items go? I didn't see any stickers on items...is it whatever you can put in a bag...or by weight...or is everything the same price? Thanks for sharing your day of thrifting. 🙋♀️
Thanks for watching! At the Goodwill bins, it’s all by weight. Clothes have a different price per ounce than hard foods. It’s an experience to shop at one!
I can't believe that hat could possibly be nearly 100 years old. I don't think it's authentic. I hope you didn't put all your eggs in that basket because it looks more like something bought with an outfit at Kmart in the 90s.
