Semiramis is definitely my favorite character from the show. If it was all about looks I would say that Joan of Arc takes the crown, but Semiramis is cunning, calm, powerful, and exudes a seductive aura that I don’t think any other character in the show can match.

Semiramis is pretty impractical in a normal grail war. The hanging gardens of Babylon is necessary for Semiramis to use her noble phantasms, and even so it takes 3 days of constant construction and enough money to buy a small country to gather the materials. The einzberns may be loaded, but that’s going to put a significant dent in their wallet. The einzberns are basically guaranteed a win with her, but any regular mage summoning her would be sort of screwed.
Semiramis was one of the best. Even when she died it was kinda sad but bitter sweet. She's kinda like Beako from re-zero since she has to be one building to be OP
