This is definitely one of Minami's hardest songs to interpret, simply because the lyrics are so personal to her. She once explained on an instagram post that it was the last "indie" song she wrote before switching her label to Warner Japan and thus she just wrote all her emotions into the song. Most of her other songs are also very personal, (Main actor, Hollowness etc.) but they are also more relatable as they talk about topics everyone can understand. Lyrics like "filling the scribbeled drafts" or "Now I can't reach those lyrics anymore", which could also be translated to "and now, too, the lyrics fall short of reaching." show how much this is about her personally. Especially when at the end she says "I hope these lyrics will reach you someday", I think it perfectly shows the growth in this song, from melancholic and doubtful to optimistic and hopeful. Minami said that she knows this song is hard to understand because "This time I wanted to communicate more with thoughts and feelings, not with words." but she thinks the further you get into the song, the more you connect with it, just like you did in your reaction :D

After Minami (or at the same time, up to you) you should get to know ADO (probably starting with Usseewa, her debut song that blew up Japan). These 2 are my favorite artists, alongside LiSA, of course.

One thing i find amazing about her is that she delivers the lyrics ins such a passionate way, hollowness for example hit me emotionally the first time without even reading one word of the lyrics

Id love a reaction to mafumafu hated by life itself if you want a song with some amazing writing thats deffinetly a must check out also the rain in this song is meant as a replacement for love if you replace whenever she says rain with love a lot more of this song and crying for rain makes sense

These translations aren't completely accurate, so they make it even harder to interpret such an abstract song, so I recommend checking out other translations of these lyrics.
But to be completely honest, for me personally, as nice as the lyrics are, the main focus is always on her vocals, I don't even need to understand what exactly she is saying to feel what she is singing.
