Some of the advice is more helpful in certain regions in the US than others. However, meal planning is very economical, cities also have a lot of free activities all the time. So coupons can be a tricky thing, the biggest cost with coupons is time and time is precious, however what I do is get my retired parents to look for coupons offline and online. While I spend time do repairs and well working a job. Patience for purchases is really key, I can get games for 2 dollars if I wait a year. Another one adding to the list is avoid subscriptions you will not use. (most gym memberships, don't get used to the fullest potential as people think).
Something I also try to do when I order online is always order a group of items and make sure they're coming in one box. Amazon tends to be wasteful at times and will bring you single packages for every item you ordered. So I usually try to find it local first and if I can't find it local I will wait until I have an online order list biggest enough to warrant the environmental delivery cost and the 1 box packaging.
    Great video.

I like candles, but I'm pretty sure they are more expensive than what little electricity is used by modern LED lights.
Most electricity in the home goes into heating or cooling stuff (Cooking, fridge, hot showers, airconditioning etc. etc.)
