Paying Klay what Dray gets, seems both reasonable and feasible for the Warriors without being disrespectful to what Klay means to the team. In saying that though, teams with big purse could lure him away if it were all about the money... But but but, remember when Klay said, "i'mma go Michael Jordan and play under no coach besides Kerr"... I am hopeful he'll stay a Warrior. Just us!💙💛 Brate!❤️

Not if Orlando is offering a starting spot and $30-35M. The difference between $24M and $35M is… well, you guys voted on the latter in the poll we did! You heard what Eric G said on the live the other night, right? All of it was excellent analysis.

I don't know how accurate this is but I keep seeing "insiders" saying that teams would have to offering a 3rd year to lure him away from us....Who knows, it doesn't look too good right now based on what we're able to do and make impactful changes to the roster

I’ll make a video later today on everything Klay. People are just not understanding that his fit with Orlando is great. And that’s probably why Bobby Marks is saying there will be an offer for $70M/2y. As I said in the video, it’s probably not fiscally responsible for the Warriors to come close to that. In the previous video ruclips.net/video/62KeRMK6-DU/видео.html that’s why I suggested an alternative $100M/4y contract by GSW. Btw, $100M/3y would sound good too, to address your concerns of a 3-year contract, but again it is too close to that $33-35M/year figure which my previous said $22-24M would’ve been done - but that required GP2 to redo his contract so GP2 opting in basically means Klay is probably not coming back at a $22-25M/year level because ORL offer is just too good. But what do I know 🤷🏻‍♂️ I could be way off, who knows.

@LetsGoWarriors I look forward to your upcoming videos, and I agree with you on all points Rich...I loveeeee Klay, but we have to be realistic as well...

@LetsGoWarriors What do you think about Nic Claxton as a fit and what would we have to do to be able to get him? I think he could be a great fit....

Looks like Claxton is a FA, right? Again, only teams with enough cap space can sign him. He’s probably gonna make Isaiah Hartenstein-level money. Per my video we would have $5M of space to sign a FA if Klay walks. That’s why my previous video of getting under the cap by getting off GP2 (“redo”) $9M and Looney $8M and having Klay come back at $24M, that would’ve actually gotten us under the cap and using a NTMLE we could bring in a FA under $13M ruclips.net/video/62KeRMK6-DU/видео.html but that’s also why I think Klay is being offered more than $24M by ORL because if he was ok with $24M then we would’ve gone out of our way to redo GP2 and get off Loon’s $8M. But who knows. Klay video should drop on Sunday, hopefully.

My fault, I had assumed in my previous reply (deleted) that PG would opt out and become a FA, but there may be a path to GSW if he really wanted to come here and asked LAC to be traded after he opted in. Chris Paul did this when he opted in to LAC contract and was traded to HOU. And so that is definitely possible if PG does not become a FA.
