Some nice improvements on the inside. I like that the center console isn’t gloss black and the software seems pretty snappy. I think they should have changed the controls that switch back and forth between the climate and the infotainment. There’s plenty of room so no need to have one panel do both jobs. The outside is a little different but I wouldn’t say it looks better or worse.
I prefer the front end and lights on the previous model. I do like that the front heated/AC is more push than touch. It looks like they changed up the light strip to solid. I prefer the previous models more sporty light strip. I also can’t get over how much less sporty they made the front end? For reference, I drive a 2024 EV6 GTL in white as well. Also, when he put on the indicator, there was no camera? I love that feature.
I would not buy the old model because of the looks, The new one is now on my list. I like this and the Ionic 5. The Ionic 5 is much better for four passenger use where as the ev 6 low roof and dark interior makes rear passenger use less pleasant
@@Bawdale Looks is subjective anyway. Fact is that this is a good car, I wish it could be cheaper though since there are many rivals at its price point. Maybe 8K reduction would help.

Looks more elegant and sporty than in Hyundai Ioniq 5 inside. Love both cars from the exterior

If you mean dash and door trim it's that hybrid squishy/hard plastic like in VAG products these days.

Thats a fingerprint scanner. I think it’s mainly for having the car activate your settings like where you leave your seat or your steering wheel.

84kWh Battery, Up to 494km(In Korea)
Should be at least 20 miles more than the 2024 model due to the larger battery, based on the numbers I’ve heard from the 2025 Ioniq 5.
