This video I'm going to show you the truth on twin flames and soulmates and you probably don't want to hear it. It goes a little deeper than I've ever gone before on this idea..... and some of this is empowering and some of this really clarifies it so you see it from a completely new point of view.
Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now this video I'm going to be sharing with you the difference between a soulmate and a twin flame. And I'm going to show you the different dynamics that are involved there because it's not always what you think, you might think, oh, in the media or in the way that we learn about it.
This is always the way this has to go. However, there are different circumstance or different dynamics of this that may open up your mind to this idea a little bit more to see it in a new way. And it also will explain to a little bit of the different dynamics of our soul and how we're all connected to each other.
Also what I'll be sharing with you is how you can go about finding or connecting with what you could call soulmates or twin flames. Now, first off, before I even get into it, understand that every single one of us are connected. We all have a connection to each other. That's why I did this little chart right here to show you kind of how it works.
The idea is that there is source energy. Then we offshoot and to what you could call fundamentally an oversoul. This over-soul right here then is connected to different higher selves. Then the different higher selves are then connected to different incarnations. Do you see what I'm doing here or what I'm showing here?
Now, if you want more information on this, check out the information of Dolores Cannon Bashar. The law of one talks about different levels of existence. Now when we say we're multidimensional, it's because you might exist here at your physical body level, but then you're also connected to our higher self and then your higher self connected to the oversoul.
Think of it like here's an analogy that makes this easier to understand. Think of a film projector, you have the film projector and on the different film strips are different. You, they're different. Maybe you're in one scene and then later on in the movie you are at a completely different age and a different scene.
All those frames exist at the same time. Those frames are different aspects of you right here, but the higher self can look at all of those. The film strip at the same time, they're the film projectionist, so they're able to kind of look through them and see them all from that higher point of view.
So that analogy a lot of times makes it a little bit easier to see the different dimensions to it. Like there's a dimension of you watching a movie, feeling like you're in the movie, and then looking up to at the film projectionist and seeing the film projector go down on the movie. So you see that it's just a movie.
The same way our physical reality here is a form of illusion. We are infinite spiritual beings, Evan temporary human experiences. But when me make the jump from the higher self into the, the uh, physical self, we have this veil of forgetfulness. It doesn't happen everywhere, but it happens on earth, happens here.
That's part of the game that we've decided to play. We've forgotten who we are so that we can remember who we are. Now, what a lot of people do when it comes to twin flames and the idea of soulmates is they go around, this is the drug.
This is the reason I really also want to make this video is people go around looking for it so much. But the theme is seeing is the more you look for it, a lot of times the more you resist it, the key is to let it go. And to know that at the deepest level you're all connected anyways. We're all connected.....

@chandaniberry9369 this is true. I also think, after going thru this experience that ppl who feel the need for a soulmate/twin flame and try to hold on forever to them are spiritually weak. I've found that when you do the work and learn the lessons and finally love yourself, you do not feel the need to connect on the soulmate/twin flame level because you have braved the journey and the world by yourself. If not for having kids, what do you need an Other for? If you like your own company, why would you need another person to be romantically linked to? After self awareness, you don't feel the need to have sex, because sex is just the link of the longing, because you feel an overwhelming need to feel whole. Once you feel whole, appetite for intimacy dies. Self love leads to the ultimate Agape love. This realization is the basis of my fear long ago of loving myself. Now that I'm thru it, I see that always wanting another person to love, was based in fear.

I've watched plenty of Twin Flame/Soul Mate videos. And the one thing I agree with is to just let it go. There is no point in putting all your energy into finding that person. I on another hand have found that person but we are not meant to be together in this life so what I do is move forward with my life and continue on my mission. I meet people all the time so it's always interesting how we connect. I have been blessed to have had many soulmates in my life and yes they don't need to be romantic. That's not what it's about. Great video Aaron. I found out this year why when I was 7 years old when my grandfather died. I wept so hard like a full grown adult filled with despair. Once I got passed those feelings, I wanted to do something to honor my grandfather memory. He was a very giving man and volunteered so much. Now mind you I was just 7. I have put this process into play throughout my life. I asked one of my spiritual advisors why is that. She said the reason why was in a previous life my grandfather and I were brothers. Fascinating. My twin’s inner child came to me in my dream years before I even knew him. (7 years ago)
We meet in the physical when we both desired change and healing in our lives. (Over 3 years ago). Been on this huge journey of amazing transformation since! We are doing our healing in separation though but I’m okay with that. I trust in divine timing.

I also had my twin in my mind my whole life long but I only realised that about a year after meeting him when I "coincidentally" (we all know there are no coincidences) came across a certain picture on social media. In my experience the soulmate is like family, that old shoe that you’re most comfortable with but who will teach you things nonetheless and be very important in one’s life. The Twin Flame is the ultimate magnetic 🧲 energy to another human being’s soul. They are both very different and feel very different as well. I’ve been lucky enough to have both.
That’s been my experience as well. There is a true difference and intensity between a soulmate and TF.

Don’t forget about the awakening. A lot of people confuse the TF dynamic with toxic relationships. Although some can appear toxic, in my experience the #1 difference is the awakening. I have also had experience with both. It was the pain I experienced with a soulmate in addition to the pain of “TF” separation that led to my awakening. I also had intuitive thoughts that we’d have to separate, work on our shit, and only then would we be able to be together right before we separated. I denied it, I didn’t see it as an intuitive thought back then and dismissed it tho. After separating I told myself I wouldn’t put myself thru the same pain that I did with the soulmate (that dynamic could’ve been confused as a TF because of the back and forth that happened but there was no awakening with him). This was allll before I knew about the label or anything. I found the label about four months into my work and separation. I considered myself spiritual before, but NOTHING compared to now. I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the spiritual fluff that floats around. In my experience, the universe will create events that cause the other Twin to wake up as long as the other twin is doing their work. I don’t really attach myself to the label much since it hasnt been discussed with him and I believe that when it comes to that label, both people need to resonate with it. Seeing it simply as a connection I have to him and said connection does not necessarily need to be reciprocated was the thought process that I was in for a good part of this year. He recently came back around, and I found out he was doing self work and waking up!!! And it happened without me saying anything to him about what work I was doing, or “telling” him to do any work. I think this is where some people can create the dynamic for themselves.

Soulmate are coins from the same minting plant. twin flames are like the other side of the same coin, forcing us to lean into our higher self to understand and really see the other side. Once you meet your twinflame, there is no question who it is, when you trust your intuition. Old school referred to this person as your beloved. There is only one beloved, divinely ordered just for you.

Found my twin flame 20 years ago, before I even knew the term and how it worked. We absolutely ignited our higher purpose, and have done some amazing light work together. However, we no longer live together. Kind of like we only came together for a certain time period, like you said. But we both learned some valuable lessons we never would have learned with anyone else.

That's amazing!!!! I just started connecting with my higher self a lot more in the last few months and now everything has shifted. My higher self has a zero tolerance for things that no longer serve. People and situations are vanishing and I'm just going with the flow of it all.

Good fundamental definition. I met my twin unexpectedly in a life hardship 13 years ago. We had a recognition of the connection during an encounter 4 years ago. These connections promote rapid ascension, purging, pain, resistance, and eventually clearing of the current self to evolve into your greatest potential for this lifetime. It is the great duality, between masculine and feminine energies that will flip flop until you both begin the harmonize and balance within the “selves”. It can take years of living the experiential journey before one can even grasp the concept and explain it into logical terminology. If you experience this, YOU will know. If you try to explain it to others, often they will confuse this dynamic with a toxic relationship. (*you must discern this because I’ve seen certain people confuse the 2). I have experienced both, but it’s through my twin flame journey that ignited my spiritual awakening (that’s the purpose of a twin flame. It’s a deep love affair at the beginning, but it really is about a journey to oneself and enlightenment with your own spirit and the Universe and GOD. Through my spiritual transformation, I had a period when I had direct contact with the ascended masters, Archangels, and GOD. They told me that they called twin flames as Divine Partners. My analogy of soul mates and twin flames are...soulmates are like making a quilt using similar pieces of fabric but from the same family of fabric. Twin flames come from the same fabric. They explained that soulmates help us prepare for a twin flame experience. It’s a very painful, but blissful experience. When you can ascend to self love and discover that you are whole and complete, your twin flame may not stay because one soul has ascended higher than the other leaving the vibrational frequency to no longer be in alignment; I was the one who ascended. Me and my ex went through our awakening just weeks apart her bein first. There were hallucinations and no sleeping and fear and I thought she was nuts till it happened to me weeks later and we split up cause it was too intense. I ascended and did research on what happened to us cause we went from no fights and cool to hate and jealousy overnight literally. It's been 2 years and I have awakened and a little more experienced than she is.

I've found my twin flame, like, a week or two ago, first sight connection, a LOT of common ground, mutual feeling. Today, we confirmed it by finding out that we were born exactly in the same date. After talking about it and being amazed, we just got a notification from this video, even though we've never even searched about things like this before. Also, I've never even thought about the subject before it happened, the universe was totally spontaneous.

Great video! I met my twin flame as a child. We got together again in 2017. I didn't know the term twin flame. You don't need to hunt. You'll find each other. Mine has passed away but is still with me everyday. The diagram in the video is the monad, and the twin flames are the first split of the oversoul, below that are soulmates, from whom we learn many lessons.

I'm in a PhD program studying what I have been passionate about for over 20 years-- finally tapping into things I started 26 years ago as a teenager, poet and writer. I met my counterpart a couple of years ago and we connected, dated, fell in love and never broke up. We're separated for now but still in touch via text. Haven't seen each other in over a year. But neither of us has been dating other people. He's building his business and studying for his master's and I'm doing my thing. We're both over 40. I feel pretty relaxed about it knowing he's my counterpart but not feeling a constant anxiety over "who? When? How?" Etc. When you meet your Twinflame there is no separation and you never stop loving them...meaning when or if you try to move on with a soul mate which we oftentimes have 5 to 7 of them in a lifetime but can have less then 2 as well everyone is different. A twinflame yes is a person who shares your soul and they will have very similar lives and desire deeply the same things in the 3D realm. I think this is a great explanation about twinflames and soulmates. I´ve met my twin flame, but I was never really looking for my twin flame. I didnt even know that twin flames existed until I experienced it and came across the term. I’ve never really understood why so many people are so obsessed with meeting a twin flame. Its wonderful, but also as challanging. Its a lot of deep inner work, that’ll really push one to the limits. It sure is beautiful, but will also make you face your own worst sides.

I'm 15 and I feel like I already found my twin flame. I didn't realize it at first, and she didn't like me for a long time. I never thought about her in a bad way, and once we had a decent conversation she started enjoying having me around. She really helped me out during a tough time. We're best friends now and I feel a deep connection with her. We also agree that we're the same person. The only difference is our gender.

Just listened to the podcast, love your story! This makes me think that my boyfriend is my twin flame. We have been together for 5 years. We have an age difference of 40 years, but the connection was there from the first moment. We used to fight a lot, but now it's only divine love. Really incredible, everyday is a blessing. When I tell others about our connection people usually do not understand. I was afraid when I saw the title that you were going to say that soul mates and Twin Flames are the same thing because in my experience that's not true at all and it drives me crazy when people lump the two together. But what you shared is actually exactly what I've experienced on my journey with my twin. And I loved how you said we share the same Higher Self, I never thought of it exactly that way but it makes so much sense. I do a meditation daily where I listen to high frequency music and connect to my twin's Higher Self & it's always felt in a way like connecting to my own. I think that's why it comes so naturally. I met my twin flame and its a connection like I've never know. i can feel his emotions no matter how far away. I haven't seen him in months but every now and then I get a huge flood of emotions and thoughts from him. I resonate with this strongly. I definitely started resonating at an authentic frequency in the past two years and found that I have many soulmates, and the love is deep with all of them.
