I love seeing these the neighborhoods up close and personal like this. The cooler temperatures of the mountains around Matagalpa are appealing, but the sound of the ocean just soothes my soul 😊!

Started at the other end where all the business are. I finally got to the end of Penoloya some 7 hours later.
Thanks for the tour. It makes me very excited for my trip in February! I'm curious about all the places on the beach, though. Coming from WA and OR, my first concern is the danger from a tsunami, especially if there's an earthquake from the subduction zone. Also, in WA and OR we often have "king tides" in fall or winter. They can get high enough to flood parking lots of beach-side hotels and restaurants. Do you have to worry about them in Nicaragua?
I've not recorded the response yet but I have many videos already edited and scheduled. This is in my notebook to have answered on the video that will be dated October 24th. So just the day after tomorrow.

It is not considered meat and when the term vegetarian came to be linguistically fish was classified as vegetable. That modern english speakers have a new meaning of vegetable is the actual linguistic problem.
What would I pay for a modest 1 BR apartment in Poneloya?
Things like that don't exist. That's why it's hard to find. Poneloya is old money, big houses. One bedroom apartments all but don't exist even in the city. They are mostly student housing. I doubt a single one bedroom apartment exists across all Leon departmento beaches combined. Neither apartments, nor houses near that size are built on beaches.

There are four numbers that show on the screen. You have to go to 4K and go frame by frame to get it, lol, but thankfully I don't use ND filters so my individual frames are generally sharp, not blurry like "cinematic" shooters do. So here are the four numbers that they show (this suggests that none of them are official, it's just random people trying to make money renting the place.)
