This band has always kicked ass. I love that they were supposed to be the European Nirvana. To me they are the Scottish Birds. I love them!!!
Great as ever for the best Scottish band of all time. Still wish Gerry was part of this wonderful band - Ain’t that enough will be played at my funeral and with Sparks Dream and Near you 3 of the greatest songs of all time.Norman and Raymond - you are brilliant songwriters too

Fantastic, thanks so much for filming and sharing! Reading all the posts about Gerry's absence...I first saw TFC in the Venue in Edinburgh in 1989, I've loved them for so long. It's a weird phase right now alright, but you have to respect them carrying on and keeping the band moving along, as organically as possible, with Dave moving to bass and Euros coming in to cover keys and Gerry's harmony. They're keeping it in the family, so to speak. I can't think of any other way they could have done it really, other than disband. Maybe a better option for some, but I'd much prefer to give them the benefit of the doubt and see where it goes...
It may be 2/3rds of the previous Teenage Fanclub but still sounds really good. Gerry is a big loss though, his songs were the band's best imo, tho Norm and Raymond are both very good songwriters too

Fascinating to see TF post Gerry. Terrific set and really like the new songs.Raymonds Your love is the place where I come and Norman’s Start Again are the finest they’ve written. Really interesting decision not to play any of Gerry’s songs. Great gig but no I need direction , .Don’t lookback,Near you,Sparkys Dream and,above all the peerless Ain’t that enough- the greatest song ever . A music journalist wrote that Raymond was the brains of the band)Verisimilitude proves it!) Norman the heart and Gerry the soul.

Saw them at the Fillmore in SF on this tour. They were great, but Love's songs are so essential. I missed his pop gems.

I saw Gerry Love in the audience at the Stereolab gig in Glasgow last night. I have seen TFC play live more than any other band but am not sure that I will go to another gig unless Gerry re-joins. Really wish he hadn't left.

Saw them in Sydney in this tour. Very disappointing that they have chosen not to play any of Gerry’s songs...some could argue, their better songs. Not sure what the reasoning is behind it but it’s a poor decision. They are a far lesser live band without those 10-12 Gerry penned Fanclub classics in the set list.
I like Gerry's songs the most. Love the other one's too but Gerry's...they are the best.

Missing Gerry's songs but its good to hear some songs that otherwise are rarely heard and wouldn't previously make the cut
Miss him two. I love the 3 of them but always liked Gerry's songs a little bit more.

Most of his songs were my favs as well
