When they say, “it’s the journey, not the destination” this is what they mean. I never would have guessed it’s only been 4 months of “official” because your relationship over the past 2 years has always had such light and joy woven through it. I know we only know the smallest part of the ups and downs, but kudos to you both for finding that joy in spite of the hardships, taking the time to enjoy the walk, trusting in each other along the way, and believing the destination was always there no matter how long it took to reach. No I think it was 2023 because he said he almost done it in Hawaii and they only went there early in 2023.

I saw Allie’s IG story and what you did for her(oiled hinges on door, flowers, hung up new calendar, new sheets) and it reminds me so much of my husband. He always surprises me with silver jewelry but his practical gifts are so precious to me.
One of the most romantic gifts he’s given me was when we first started dating. I was having car problems. One day he told me he needed to trade cars with me. He didn’t really provide a reason for it but I didn’t question it. He brought my car back with a new battery, had replaced a starter and bought new tires as well as had it washed and detailed.
Such a good heart.
This was yet another beautiful vlog of the Auslie story. 🎉 How wonderful that day must have been. 🤩 I remember you guys talking about this sunrise to sunset date which was your dream and how Allie loved the idea and added her thoughts on canvas paintings.
