for my scalp I do an apple cider vinegar rinse with water and let it sit in my hair in the shower a bit and it reaaaally gets rid of any dead skin, build up, ect that’s a result of a dry scalp. I also switch this up with a scalp mask to moisturize as well and these two have been the biggest help!!🫶🏼
When Soph swallowed her gum. That was so funny. 😂 Btw, now I’m reading the second book in the Serpent and the wings of night series and after it I want to read the Crimson Moth. 🧡
The cafe near me has a caprese avocado toast. It has mozzarella, cherries tomatoes, and balsamic dressing. I didn't think I would like it so much but it’s a favorite now. ❤
Hi, I've had a dry scalp for years, and the products that worked for me are: Organics shampoo and conditioner (they must be separate containers) and they must be the Shea butter ones. ❤ Hope this helps
Try oiling your scalp two times a week leave the oil in for at least a half an hour if you can leave it in for longer than that. And when you’re ready just wash it out with your regular hair wash routine
I was dealing with dry scalp for a bit and the lady at the hair place told me to buy some coal black tar shampoo. It smells bad but if you use it once a week, and leave it on your head for a bit, it really does help. You can re wash your hair with good smelling shampoo to help. Also, if you can limit washing your hair like to twice a week or so. The omega 3s will help give you more oil in your body which should help with both dry skin and dry scalp. I hope it gets better because I know it’s not fun. Love all your outfits. Such a cute company. As always, I’m so happy to see a new video. Sending you love from the USA
Hey Rach, I also deal with itchy and dry scalp mostly in winter, i actually use a medicated shampoo (Nizoral - you should be able to get it at the pharmacy) - it is technically for dandruff, but has solved my scalp issues
I just got one of these massage brushes? for your scalp as well because I have a dry scalp as well. And then I got the NutriPlenish line by Aveada and for the weeks where my scalp is flaky, I use the Scalp Solution line which shall help against dry scalp :) And so far it helped. The only downfall is that Aveda is quite expensive...
Hey bestie!! The only product to work for my dry scalp was Selsun Gold. It was recommended by my doctor to buy from my local pharmacy and it reduced my dry scalp within two washes 🫶🏼
You should try scalp oil!! I have the same issue with a dry scalp, and I used the ordinary hair density scalp oil every night before bed and it had helped so much! 💕🫶
hairdresser here!! 💗 your scalp might be dry from build up of product! redken has an amazing cream clarifying shampoo ( don't use as a every day only when you feel build up on the hair or scalp) and i would highly recommend divi's scalp oil its super hydrating and not too oily too :)
ok i dont know if youre having any dandruff but over a year ago i had a super dry scalp with really bad dandruff no matter WHAT i tried... mentioned it to my doctor and she prescribed me ketoconazole shampoo and i have had ZERO issues since then! im also pretty sure you can get that kind of shampoo over the counter too :)
Hey Rachel! 🥰 I always have a dry scalp during winter and the only products that actually help me are the Briogeo Scalp Revival products! In a few weeks max my scalp felt hydrated and not itchy anymore 🫶🏼
omg you should start oiling your hair like on the roots/scalp. usually like the night before hair wash or the morning of hair wash, put some coconut oil or honestly any hair oil before washing it off!!
I found my dry scalp was actually product build up, dry shampoo and gel for slick backs the worst causing mine to look so bad. Plus the products on your scalp can cause the flaking. :( good luck i just completely stopped using dry shampoo and that helped a lot
When I lived in Sydney there was a place that had the BEST smashed avo and it was so close to what you explained but I don’t remember what the place was called. 😢
I am a dry scalp and hot shower lover girl. I wash my hair in lukewarm water and then put it up (loosely) in a claw clip and then turn up the heat for the rest of my shower. Best of both worlds.
I juat searched “how to crochet a coaster” on youtube and I think these are the two videos she used. (I hope these linked correctly, if they didn’t let me know and I can try and find a different way) m.ruclips.net/video/Ium6UBEEpm0/видео.html&pp=ygUYSG93IHRvIGNyb2NoZXQgYSBjb2FzdGVy m.ruclips.net/video/iMz4EgXVGzo/видео.html&pp=ygUYSG93IHRvIGNyb2NoZXQgYSBjb2FzdGVy

the scalp situation might be just a case of a harder water in your house. It's life changing getting a filter, specially if everything else is not working out
agree! has major issues with my hair and skin when I moved last, and getting a filter/changing shower heads/cleaning the sink tap filters was a game changer
Hi hi hi, this is the first time I've actually been early. I love your videos so so much❤❤ I hope you continue to grow and improve everything. ❤❤ Happy reading Rachel
I recently discovered I’m allergic or something to phenoxyethanol which is a preservative that is in sooooo many products - including hair products like shampoos and conditioners - so I avoid that and it does make quite the difference so you could try that? 😊
Girl!!! From another dry scalp girlie, run to chemist warehouse and pick up Nizoral 1% Anti-Dandruff Treatment. Trust me! Just use this as your first shampoo, shampoo again with your normal shampoo and then condition. Savour XX
